During 2020 I will be running a series of longer workshops designed to help alleviate the symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression. Over the last three years of teaching I’ve realised that I cannot fit all I want into two hour workshops, yet I appreciate that longer sessions may feel daunting or intimidating.

Therefore, I will be running a series of afternoons of yoga, meditation, pranayama and Nidra on a monthly basis. These afternoons will start with a Yang practice (Lotus Flow or Buti), followed by a tea break with snacks, and concluded with a Yin practice (slow paced yoga with long held poses).

These afternoons will be suitable for anyone who wants or needs to make space and time to breathe deeply, reconnect with their bodies and still their minds.

Each afternoon will be £20, or if you want to just stay for the Yang or the Yin, message me and this will be £12 (tea and snacks included!).

All classes will be trauma-informed.

Refunds and cancellations

In the event of you needing to cancel, unfortunately, refunds will not be given unless your space is filled by someone else.
