Yoga + Sound Journey

Enjoy this primal yoga flow, leading into a restorative relaxation, all accompanied by Aron Tracey (Uruz Rise), for balance and stillness of mind, body and soul. We will balance the divine feminine with sacred masculine in a vinyasa flow designed to ground and release blocked energy, leading into restorative poses and guided relaxation. Buti + Yin + sound bath

Enjoy a gorgeous afternoon hosted by Yoga Therapy with Jo and Wellbeing with Rachel. Firstly, we will reclaim our feminine power with a 45 minute Buti Yoga class. This Buti class that will honour our sacred connection to life that is present in every moment. We will have a short break to refresh, with drinks and snacks, before unwinding and recharging with the calming and nourishing fusion of Yin yoga and a live sound bath, with the gongs played by Rachel. During 2020 I will be running a series of longer workshops designed to help alleviate the symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression. Over the last three years of teaching I’ve realised that I cannot fit all I want into two hour workshops, yet I appreciate that longer sessions may feel daunting or intimidating.

Therefore, I will be running a series of afternoons of yoga, meditation, pranayama and Nidra on a monthly basis. These afternoons will start with a Yang practice (Lotus Flow or Buti), followed by a tea break with snacks, and concluded with a Yin practice (slow paced yoga with long held poses).

These afternoons will be suitable for anyone who wants or needs to make space and time to breathe deeply, reconnect with their bodies and still their minds.

Each afternoon will be £20, or if you want to just stay for the Yang or the Yin, message me and this will be £12 (tea and snacks included!).

All classes will be trauma-informed.


Release

Join me for this afternoon of yoga, meditation, pranayama (breathwork) and yoga nidra. For the first 1hr 15mins we will work through gentle and opening asanas (postures) and build up to stronger poses in an invigorating Lotus Flow. We will have a half hour tea break with snacks before coming back down again for the next hour and 15 minutes in a nurturing restorative practice of Yin, meditation, pranayama, and yoga nidra to soften, loosen and open into release. Saturday 8th February 2 - 5pm £20 (£12 per session, including tea break - message me to book)

Empower

Join me for this afternoon of yoga, meditation, pranayama (breathwork) and yoga nidra. Empower yourself and make your practice truly healing! Cultivate self love and acceptance with expansive heart openers. For the first 1hr 15mins we will work through opening asanas (postures) and build up to stronger poses in an invigorating Lotus Flow. We will have a half hour tea break with snacks before coming back down again for the next hour and 15 minutes in a nurturing restorative practice of Yin, meditation, pranayama, and yoga nidra. Saturday 7th March 4 - 7pm £20 (£12 per session, including tea break - message me to book)
