Guided Relaxation: Monday 2nd March

Join me for an hour of guided relaxation, or yoga nidra, an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. Yoga nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation. The stages of body scan and breath awareness calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health. Yoga nidra has been shown to decrease anxiety, regulate the endocrine system, and help with symptoms of PTSD (such as insomnia).
