Relaxation yoga and meditation classes start on Tuesday 20th June. These classes, which will run weekly 6:45pm – 8pm, aim to alleviate stress and help you feel calmer and chilled out when you leave.
The class on 20th June will be FREE, to coincide with International Yoga Day (held on the summer solstice the following day). After that, classes will be £5 per person.
Feel free to bring your own mat if you wish, equipment will be there to use though.
